Create and post your own vampritic cults onto this thread, or this board. You may have followers, and you may moderate your cult and it's followers in your own way to some extent. This doesn't allow you to create one cult, force everyone to join it, and rule Sunahgakure, no, this means create a cult, have friends join, and perhaps war against other cults for power, pride, and just for the sake of bloodshed.
